Abstract

The motive behind this study is categorizing the aspect that improves organizational performance in the direction of gain competitive advantage. This study follows the theory of knowledge and report that there is affirmative relationship between the providence of the knowledge management and the organizational performance. It also explains the stimulating effect of consumerist direction on the alliance amid acquaintance executive and modernism. In order to execute this study, the data was collected from 226 employees using a questionnaire. In result, this study demonstrates that the positive affiliation sandwiched among knowledge management and secretarial performance is mediated by innovation. There is an activist considerable of the moderation. So, this study provides regulation for those organizational vital elements in the competing of the supporting in the existing era. In addition to the academic, this study provides a regulation in the endorsement of knowledge and sustainable development in this epoch of industrialization.
